Description
VIRTUO built a 46,000 m² logistics platform in Saint-Quentin-Fallavier (38) for the investor VAILOG, Groupe SEGRO.
Ideally situated in a prime location in Lyon, VIRTUO successfully redeveloped a 46,000 m² temperature-controlled logistics platform on a former industrial wasteland to accommodate LIDL, and more specifically its Rhône-Alpes division.
Construction work (including installation of the 1st post) began in April 2017 for delivery in Q1 2018.
