Located northwest of Lyon, on a former Intermarché industrial zone in the commune of Miribel-les-Echets.
Strategically located between the A46 and A32 motorways, Miribel-les-Echets is a key location in Lyon’s saturated market.
After a deconstruction period, a 36,000 m² site will see the light of day in May 2021.
The building will comprise a first floor and a second floor for offices.
A total of 30 million euros will be invested in the project.

Located in a former industrial zone, this project falls completely within the government’s “zero land artificialisation” policy, according to Virtuo president Grégory Blouin: “The idea is to make this project one of the best integrated in its environment.
Certified « Breeam very good » (BRE Environmental Assessment Method ), the project seeks to reuse materials recovered during the deconstruction of the former Intermarché industrial zone. Leds will be installed to limit energy consumption. Photovoltaic panels will also be installed on the roof. Insulation is also being considered to keep the site heated. Finally, work is underway on water reuse to limit the environmental impact.
