Description
In the heart of the Fos-sur-Mer Distriport hub, Virtuo is currently developing a logistics park comprising 2 assets. This future 42,000 m2 port logistics platform, V.PARK FOS1, is already under construction at the Grand Port Maritime de Marseille Fos.
Work began in spring 2020 and is already well underway, with more than half of the building completed.
SOCAH DISTRIBUTION, leader in the sale of specific tires (agrarian, public works equipment, heavy goods vehicles, etc.), recently took a lease on around 18,000 m2 of the building.
Initial availability is scheduled for the end of February 2021, to enable SOCAH DISTRIBUTION to carry out their installation work (racks, machines…)
Start-up is scheduled for the 2nd quarter of 2021.
Like most of our projects, this building will be state-of-the-art, with photovoltaic panels on the roof, and certified BREEAM very GOOD.
