Description

It is on a former 10-hectare site purchased from DHL in the 4th quarter of 2019 that VIRTUO develops the V.PARK ARLES 1 project. Following a demolition phase, the aim is to redevelop the site to create new, modern, environmentally-responsible buildings in tune with modern trends.

Ultimately, the site will comprise a 30,000 m² class A logistics platform and an 8,000 m² parcel delivery facility. The logistics building will be available in Q4 2021. The parcel service is scheduled for Q3 2022.

These buildings will be certified BREEAM and are currently available for lease.

As Grégory BLOUIN, Chairman of VIRTUO points out, “Site revitalization accounts for 50% of our business. Through this acquisition, we are delighted to be contributing to land conservation while developing state-of-the-art logistics platforms”.
