Forerunners in next-generation multi-level platform development, VIRTUO’s teams supported the construction and supervision of the PARIS AIR2 LOGISTIQUE multi-level project at the Port of Gennevilliers, on behalf of investor VAILOG, Groupe SEGRO.
The site now houses 2 leading names in furniture and home furnishings (LEROY MERLIN & IKEA), notably as part of the development of their e-commerce policy.

This project is highly symbolic, as it represents a groundbreaking innovation in terms of multi-storey warehousing. Today, all supply chain players, as well as local authorities, are questioning the scarcity of land, and wondering how logistics will look in the future.
