VIRTUO INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY is an independent and sustainable mission-driven company specializing in industrial and logistics real estate. Led by a multi-skilled team of 30 people, VIRTUO strives to make industrial and logistics real estate a sustainable and responsible business, in tune with the ecosystems in which its buildings are located.
Our close-knit organization endeavors to understand and address the needs, expectations and constraints of our partners, customers, local authorities, elected representatives… Regardless of the nature of the project, we’ll approach it with a clear understanding of the critical issues and challenges of our time.
