At the end of the summer we delivered our V. Park de La Chevrolière (44), a 31,938 m2 logistics platform located in the Tournebride business park in La Chevrolière, Loire-Atlantique.
2 tenants have moved in, Ziegler Group and Transports THEBAULT.
Sustainable facilities installed at our V. Park in La Chevrolière include:
- A glued-laminated wood structure the warehouse and offices
- 100% photovoltaic roof
- Nesting boxes, beehives, insect hotel and orchard
- Full Led lighting
- Installation of a Building Management System (BMS)
Meanwhile, we worked with our partner Reforest’Action to sequester 18,000 tons of CO² equivalent over 30 years by planting trees in France.
We aim for BREEAM Excellent certification for this project. 2 cells have been leased by Thébault, a transport company specializing in the Nantes-Lille route, which recently received the Label Or award in its “Label Transport & logistique responsable 2023” category.
“For THEBAULT LOGISTIQUE, this new platform, which will be 500 m from the factory, contributes to our commitment to reducing our environmental impact.
The opening of this platform will enable Thebault Logistique to offer 80,000 m² of storage space within a radius of 40 km in the southern Loire region.
Cells 3 to 5 are occupied by the ZIEGLER Group.
