A 36,000 m² speculative development available Q3 2023.
On Monday, March 06, 2023, Grégory BLOUIN, President of Virtuo Industrial Property and his teams; Mr François LEMAIRE, Mayor of Bully-les-Mines and his teams; Mr Michel DENEUX, Managing Director of Territoires soixante-deux in his capacity as developer, gathered to celebrate the symbolic laying of the 1st post of the new V.PARK BULLY.1.
This new-generation 36,000 m2 logistics platform, on which work began at the end of September 2022, is located on the Alouette business park in the commune of Bully-les-Mines, in the Hauts de France region, 50 km from Lille. VIRTUO is aiming for BREEAM Very Good certification and the installation of beehives as part of its partnership with the ASE (Abeille Sentinelle de l’Environnement) program, alongside UNAF.
This project is a speculative development, just like the rest of Virtuo’s projects over the past 5 years. It is the second of three buildings that will ultimately make up the V.PARK BULLY Logistics Park. It’s worth pointing out that the first building, a 19,000 m² logistics platform, was delivered in 2020 to NATUROPERA, which still occupies the site.
“Our sales teams are already in talks with potential candidates who have expressed interest in this new building, which will be available in a few months”, explains Grégory LOESEL, Development Director. In fact, the site is scheduled to open for business at the end of the 3rd quarter of 2023.
“We are very proud of this collaboration with Territoires Soixante-Deux, which demonstrates VIRTUO’s ability to offer logistical and industrial solutions, even when times are tough,” stresses Grégory Blouin, President of VIRTUO.
VIRTUO’s partners in this new V.PARK include GBL architectes, project manager CLC ingénierie, environmental consultant ELAN, fund manager CBRE IM, notary Oudot Associés, and local construction companies.
With to their efforts and trust, we’re working together to make this project a success, on time and on budget.
