VIRTUO, société à mission independent and responsable, specialising in industrial and logistics property, will shortly be launching the V.PARK Chavagnes-en-Paillers, with a 19,000 sqm building due for completion in 2025.
An emblematic project for the Grand-Ouest region
V.PARK Chavagnes-en-Paillers (85) will soon be hosting a new generation of low-carbon logistics platform. Located on the Vendéopôle de la Promenade in Chavagnes-en-Paillers, this project is ideally situated at the crossroads of major western cities such as Nantes, Angers, Niort and Le Mans, and on the way to Paris and Bordeaux.
Set against a backdrop of major re-industrialisation, this ambitious programme aims to secure the future of the region’s industrial operations by providing players in the sector with the space and tools they need to develop.

“Since we set up in Vendée, and following the construction of our first 30,000 sqm project in the Pays de la Loire region (V.PARK Chevrolière), we’ve had a lot of unsatisfied requests. Most of these are from manufacturers in the region who are looking to relocate logistics from their manufacturing sites in order to increase production capacity. This reinforces our view that logistics is vital to the reindustrialisation of France, and that our move to the Vendéopôle in Chavagnes-en-Paillers will enable us to offer new solutions.”
An economic project driven by strong environmental and energy values
To welcome future companies and their employees, VIRTUO will launch the marketing of its first new generation logistics platform in 2025. As société à mission, committed to a strong sustainable development approach, VIRTUO has initiated various actions in favour of the environment.
In addition to buildings designed to contribute to carbon neutrality, the project includes integrated landscaping, hedgerows, beehives, honey meadows and photovoltaic panels.
