V.PARK VIERZON

In Vierzon (18), in the Sologne region, on a site of just over 16 hectares, and more specifically on the “Sologne Technology Park”, recently classified as a “Turnkey Industrial Site”, VIRTUO will be developing a new 84,000 m2 state-of-the-art platform by Q4 2023. This large-scale development project is called V.PARK SOLOGNE (18).

The site is ideally located – on the A71 motorway frontage and close to the A20-A71-A85 motorway interchanges and the HGV hub for logistics.

For this platform, dedicated to logistics and marketed to ‘noble’ business sectors such as health and cosmetics, Virtuo adopted an innovative environmental performance approach: high architectural quality for better integration into the landscape, low-carbon construction techniques, protection of biodiversity, high-efficiency technical equipment, and alternative solutions for managing rainwater.
